I help run a stream. Usually it consists of old B-movies in the evening when the veteran streams, but from mornings to afternoons(in US Central Standard Time), I stream anime from the 1980s and 1990s. It is set to follow a schedule with "non-commercials" to fill in the gaps.

I run both English dubbed versions and Japanese audio with subtitle, depending on what I could get my hands on or what I thought of the dub, so if that is a point of contention I understand.

would also be good to know which shows will be aired as dubs so I can avoid tuning in at those times and having my ears bleed.

I used to insist on Japanese audio with subtitles until I watched the Toonami Aftermath and AllKidsOuttathePool streams and became used to dubs again, like on television. I found the plots and stories easier to follow as well.

If the dub is truly awful, I air it with subtitles.
