Posts on Twitter from Manglobe staff indicate Manglobe bankruptcy. The official Manglobe site has been made unavailable globally. All of this has happened very recently so there has been no confirmation or press releases yet but it's most likely Manglobe is bankrupt.

it's been confirmed, 350 million yen in the hole. kinda sad, they made some good stuff. champloo had imo the best standalone episode of any anime I've seen (baseball episode).
