I liked it for the "steam-punk" setting, the good animation and the fact it was almost devoid of dramatic or saddening moments. Not a "feel good" movie nor something incredible to watch absolutely but totally worth a try.

Otomo was definitely involved. Yeah OP, it's worth watching, I haven't seen it in a long time but I remember some cool scenes. It is steam punk, so expect good steam animation.
