After some time I realized that there was a huge plot hole in AB that I didn't see before. How come Kanade got her heart after Yuzuru died when she was in the school before him, still though p good anime and the OP is amazing.

I figure when you are dealing with an alternate dimension with crazy sonic swords and super bullets and all this stuff then you can over look the time gap of a few years. Especially when the age of the universe makes a few years look like the most insignificant, tiny, unnoticeable event in history. Just a burp in time would flip the time line like crazy for a few years but on the large scale it would be nothing

Cross Channel (vns count, right?), there is something really lonely about being trapped in a world which resets every week with no living organisms except 7 other mentally ill high schoolers.

And then you manage to send them back into normal world and get stuck here all by yourself, repeating that week again and again.

I think Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo really sad.
The Aoi Bungaku (No Longer Human) is the most depressive anime I watched.
But also: Darken than Black, Elfen Lied, Neon Genesis Evangelion (this one is so profound that make me sick every time), Steins Gate, Fullmetal Alchemist, Angel Beats, Natsume Yuujinchou (not that sad, but is melancholic), Kotonoha no Niwa.

But it exist a difference from happy and sad there, I had to cry by really heartworming and cute things, just cause the moved me so much.
When it comes to the anime witch was the saddest/most depressing: Saikano.
I cried like a litte baby, several times. During watching it, I was a emotional wreck, it destroyed me completly.

Anime, maybe clannad, the train scene was the only thing that genuinely got me and Grave of the Fireflies, after my first watch, when I watched it again sometime later, when the train guard throws away the sweet tin and Setsuko comes out, that had me in tears.

As for manga, YKK, though it's not tears of sadness, the manga at some points just hits me with such intense feelings of nostalgia and other emotions that I end up tearing up even if it's not sad.

I watched the first episode of AnoHana when it was airing without reading the synopsis.
When the OP played and I realized she was dead from the context clues I kinda broke down.
But I was pretty messed up at that point in time.

The scene in NHK at the oceanside when he's with the suicide meetup and debating jumping over really nailed me too.

I consider Grave of the Fireflies to be amazing, but it's never really brought me to tears.
However, anything about lost love just breaks me. I cried both times that I watched 5 Centimetres Per Second.

I still haven't watched all of NHK but it only made me mad at his life isntead of sad. Gakkou Gurashi also didn't made me cry but my eyes started getting watery at that OH soykaf moment in the first episode.
