>What do you own?:
I currently own a Wii, Xbox 360, 2DS, and Dreamcast (that I may need to fix, I think somethings wrong with the laser).

>Do you have any modded consoles?:

My Wii is softmodded, I mostly just play Gamecube games, but I did get Project M running today, which is really fun.

>Favorite Console/Handheld:

Probably my Wii, it's just so simple to mess with and it can do so much.

>Currently playing?:

I've never played Call of Duty before, not that it's that huge of a deal, but I figured I try it out. It's alright.

>Hardware or emulation?:

I personally prefer hardware, but I enjoy modding them for emulation.

>What do you own?
PSOne, PS2, PSP, PS3, GameCube, Wii and SNES. But My SNES have no cartridges - I keep it as a collectors item.
>Do you have any modded consoles?
Hardmodded Wii. But it's dying so I don't play it anymore.
>Favorite Console/Handheld
PSOne, mostly because my duckling syndrome and nostalgia; it was the first console that I really played a lot and loved. Had Sega before that but never took playing it as serious or much entertaining. Must admit that PSOne was pretty impressive piece of hardware for that time, and Sony achieved a lot with it (extension port in the back, that I used extensively).
Back then, Internet wasn't a thing where I live, just some buzzword, nevertheless people created a real "scene" around PSOne. There were magazines published by enthusiasts containing cheats, reviews, walkthroughs and articles about games or anime history. It was all booming - the only time I've seen anything like it around consoles. When PS2 came out, not everyone bought it because it was more expensive. If you would ask which console has the best games ever made, I would name PS2, but PSOne is the only that had that atmosphere. At least here.
>Currently playing?
MGSV on PS3. I love this franchise, I had to beat this game. Though I wish Kojima did better.
>Hardware or emulation?
"I could always use some hardware" -- JC Denton
Unless this hardware is harder to find, then I emulate.

>What do you own?
Dreamcast, Vita, 3DS, PS2, PS3, PS4, N64, XBOX 360, mostly that's it. Also, regarding the dreamcast OP has, lasers tend to break after long time of use. Unless your's is modded, I'd recommend getting a new one.

>Modded system?

naw, I don't usually tinker with systems unless its dreamcast,

>Fav system

dreamcast is the best system (to me) simply for how easy it is to pirate the games. all you need is cdi files, cd-r's, and discjuggler and you can have every game you've ever wanted.

>Currently playing

A little bit of Gran Turismo 6, Cave Story, and whatever I have on my PS3.

>Hardware or emulation?

Emulating is good for a lot of things, but systems have their advantage too.

I have a real distaste for collectors. What good is an snes sitting collecting dust on your shelf, you might as well take a sledgehammer to it for all the good it's doing there. I'd respect you more if you did because at least then I'd know someone got a minute of fun out of it.

I hope Steam Machines will put an end to all this console nonsense. It's just a computer, there's no reason to have more than one kind each incompatible with the other brands/generations.

I just play everything on emulators.

>What do you own?
Gamecube, PS2, Xbox 360, Wii, PS3, Wii U, GBA, DS, PSP. Some are broken and some I just don't use any more. Currently waiting for a reason to buy a PS4 but there is only Bloodborne out at the moment and I'm sure as fuarrrk not buying one until The Last Guardian is a real game that actually exists.

>Do you have any modded consoles?

I have a softmodded Wii to get around the extortionate second hand Nintendo prices, and a softmodded PSP because who the heck wants to use UMDs.

>Favourite console/handheld?

I don't have a favourite. I just like good games. I definitely think the Gamecube controller is the best though. It's incredibly comfortable to hold.

>Currently playing?

Project Diva f 2nd, Splatoon, Wipeout HD. I haven't really been playing that much recently and when I do it's usually on PC (Ys Origin and CS:GO at the moment). I'm just waiting for a lot of games to be released. Here's to hoping there's something tasty in the Nintendo Direct tonight.

>Hardware or emulator?

Always hardware. In my experience emulation has never been 100% perfect and the subtle inaccuracies really get on my nerves and make me feel like I'm not getting the "real" experience. Of course there are exceptions for rare and hard to get consoles that you don't want to spend hundreds of currency on, but I certainly wouldn't be emulating 6th gen consoles.

>I hope Steam Machines will put an end to all this console nonsense.
I do as well, but I really doubt they will. Anyone who doesn't care enough about video games will just stick with the most popular console and leave it at that, and anyone who does care about video games already knows that it's far better to just get a desktop PC. I'm still not entirely sure who the Steam Machines are marketed at. I'll be very surprised if they succeed.

>What do you own?:
Genesis, Dreamcast, GBC, PSP, 3DS, Vita

>Do you have any modded consoles?:

Softmodded PSP. Thing's great as an emulation device

>Favorite Console/Handheld:

>favorites
I love all of my console-tans equally

>Currently playing?:

Disgaea 3, FFTA2 and Wario Land 4

>Hardware or emulation?:

Hardware if I can afford it, emulation if I can't (or if it's more convenient).

>What do you own?:
PS2, PSP, Wii, GameCube

>Do you have any modded consoles?:

PSP with cfw and hardware mods, soft-modded fat PS2 with internal hard drive, soft-modded Wii

>Favorite Console/Handheld:

my modded PSP is the bomb, i sometimes also play my PS2

>Currently playing?:

Shadow of the Colossus for the millionth time.
various GBA and PSX games on my PSP.

>Hardware or emulation?:

Hardware. when you unlock some hardware or modify it, playing on it doesn't feel fake like with emulation. for instance, i can output 1080i from my fat PS2 to an HDTV with the help of homebrew and component cables, so that old games look normal on these new TVs, and i actually feel like im playing a PS2, cause i am! playing a game on pcsx2 at 60fps with super high res and graphics tweaks doesn't feel natural to me, i don't get the same nostalgia from that.

or my modded PSP with 48GB of storage in SD cards via an adapter, and the UMD drive ripped out to make room for a giant lithium-ion that i ripped out a smart phone for days of battery life. it is the ultimate handheld console IMO.

>What do you own?
New 3DS, PC that I use as a Gamecube, Wii, PS2, PS3, etc.

>Do you have any modded consoles?

Nope.

>Favorite Console/Handheld

I'd probably say gamecube. Loved it, I don't know why.

>Currently playing?

Nothing, waiting on ff15.

>Hardware or emulation?

Mostly emulation, more convenient.

>What do you own?:
PS3, PS2, NDS, PSP(not working).

>Do you have any modded consoles?:

I modded the soykaf out of my Wii, I really miss it, wish I hadn't sold it. PSP was also modded, I have a flashcart for the NDS.

>Favorite Console/Handheld:

PS2

>Currently playing?:

Nothing really, I just started playing Tales of Graces F but haven't had time to play. Also bought a jap edition of Ni no Kuni but I still lack vocab, maybe in 3 months I'll be able to play it.

>Hardware or emulation?:

Gamecube/PS2/Wii and handhelds : Hardware

Everything else emulation. I don't see a reason to say, buy a PSX anymore.
