Neocities looks promising. Planning on getting the paid plan when I get sufficient money in, as I tried hosting a static site on my home server but I have plebian tier internet and port 80 was totally dead, so fuarrrk it, webhost until I get better Internet.

According to the conversion made by DDG, I'm paying nearly 3 times as much (13.64$), but I'm getting a real server, with 2TB of storage, a SSH access and no bandwidth limitation.
I think that, for a few dollar more, I get something far more interesting.
But, then again, I have to configure everything myself. (which is IMHO not that bad since I learned a lot of things)

Here's a page I made a long time ago. There's a small enigma to solve on it if you like that sort of stuff. No one has solved it yet.
Fair warning: it's super heavy and your browser might hang if you don't have a fast CPU or not enough RAM.

IPFS improves a lot of the bad things about freenet. Although it's not anonymous by default (nothing prevents you from hiding your node behind Tor) is is much faster and versioned.

Since threads, and therefore links on chan boards eventually get 404d, maybe a section that takes literature from variously themed threads (soc eng, babby's first lamb, intro to EE, so on and so forth) and take those PDF's/epubs/txt, whatever, and have those on a sort of lit section? Just another place to reproduce and redistribute useful knowledge, since it seems like you aim for providing information. Just an idea, I think you are working towards a quality information based site, and that might work well!
