What is your ideal hacker fiction lainons? If you had complete control, how would you tackle a piece of media about hacking (cracking if you want to be a stickler) and/or focusing on a hacker.

Personally I'd focus it more on the individual rather than trying to portray the hacking as more glamorous then it really is -- I'm looking at you hackers.

yes, a more realistic portray would be cool. I'd love a thriller story about a guy or a group who are good hackers but also do social engineering and intrusions in person
sort of like the good old spy stories but with modern tech and realistic hacking that makes sense and that you can follow

for example the Stieg Larsson trilogy was pretty bad in that respect
