Firefox: Install DownThemAll plugin.
Right click page to open context menu.
Select "DownThemAll".
Enter "*.pdf" in the fast filter box.
Select a destination directory.
Then click "start" or "add paused" to queue up many downloads.
All PDF files downloaded. Larger files downloads will also be accelerated (if server supports DL resume) by opening multiple connections to different parts of the file. This speeds up downloads because ISP throttling works on a per TCP/IP connection basis. If you notice the speed get throttled after a few minues, you can pause the download, then resume to gain more speed again (this is due to ISP "bursting" plans, whereby they allow the first n megabytes to download quickly thus accelerating web pages, and trick you into thinking you got a higher constant speed than you do).
