I tend to eat more than usual on benzos but not because of appetite increase, more of just eating more when my body would normally tell me I'm hungry due to not giving a fuarrrk. 'Cause I tend to not bother eating sober unless my tummy starts grumbling like mad or for dinner or breakfast, which has made me underweight quite a bit. On benzos, it's like, whatever my stomach wants food imma go grab a bite.
