My waifus first shrooms and lsd was with friends. In the end she always was in a room alone and her friends tripped in the next room. She prefers this because she does not get this "dude i am so retarded" feeling for stroking the carpet.
This ends up in insane laughter and disturbs the spiritual experience she desires.
Dmt can be too dark for a first timer. All in all my waifu recommends a friend for the first time because it gives a little security.

My waifu has social anxiety and depression, and actually feels safer without a sitter. It was less scary for her taking 500 ug of LSD alone than 100 ug with a friend. Start off slow with a low dose and be in a safe place with calm music prepared and it'll most probably be fine. She can't comment on DMT as she hasnt taken it

The one time my waifu asked a friend to be her sitter, she didn't enjoy the trip at all and just felt bad for acting like a lunatic in front of him.

On top of that some drugs, especially of the dissociative or deliriant section, tend to inflate their full potential only when you are alone. My Waifu even had problems with weed in company. The usual conversations became more frustrating and exhausting as she couldn't think straight and people always responded in a "well, whatever" fashion, granting her ideas not the credit they deserved in her eyes.

Stimulating psychedelics (and stimulants of course) gave my waifu paranoia sometimes, but that was only when tripping in public or at places people could want something from her. If you know you are safe from intruders into your waifus psychedelic experience, she will be alright and might even enjoy the creepiness. After all it adds some spice to the whole thing.

You'll be fine with LSD as long as you're keeping your introductory dose low (>100µg). Plan things out ahead of time and make sure that you'll be in a relaxed and cozy set/setting throughout the experience.
DMT should probably be left to a small group the first time around. The come-up can be a little overwhelming by yourself. You should definitely avoid a breakthrough dose when by your lonesome. Mushrooms feel a little too heady to dive into alone without any nice company or prior psychedelic experience.

Almost any psychedelic off the top of my head is improved upon by having a few friendly faces comforting you. Ask your peers, the concept of tripsitting might not be as alien to them as you might think!

also, weed makes shrooms 100000000x better. more mellow. just chill and realize, yes you're tripping. yes it will end eventually. you're cool. just enjoy it while it's going on.
