The amount of the nootropics in the drinks is hilariously low, only 178 mg for the focus drink. Just make your own noot stack. It'll be cheaper and better.

Bliss is good. And Sleep works too.

They seem to work okay, and slowly drinking them over time (as opposed to downing an entire stack) has a nice effect.

It's overpriced, though. Practically, just get some theanine and drink coffee.

Basically, sonic has alpha gpc, and sleep has melatonin. These are real, but the dose of agpc is tiny.

The sleep one works good if you drink it slow before bed.

I used to have one of them all the time, I think it was bliss.
I don't think it ever worked, it was just in the meal-deal at my work and I thought it tasted pretty good.
I haven't seen them about in a LONG time though. I don't think they ever got too popular here.

Sleep also has 5-HTP, so although it is delicious, it increases the risk of serotonin syndrome in people on antidepressants.I'd imagine it's a low dosage, but I'm already on multiple antidepressants that already increase my chances. Melatonin can also cause a short-term increase in symptoms of depression (it does for me), so I've had to stop using it.
