Hey guys, can you help me with remembering a few lines form the hackers movie and explain to me(a non native english speaker) in which context it was made?

Basically the hero of the movie insulted the villain, and the villain responded with 'Thank you!'.

Why did he respond like that, seems cool.

I don't remember the line in qustion, but it's a common trope in movies to insult the villain telling him he's despicable etc. and the villain takes that as a compliment.

the line is "Blow Me." asking the antagonist to perform fellatio. As to why Mr. The Plague decided to respond with gratitude, I cannot say.
