Ive been drawing for quite sometime and i always wanted to make a small story about Lain reacting to todays websites and technology like some chans and social media and probably hidden web and new laptops tablets and stuff like that

What do you think lains do you have good ideas for this? to cover more ground because the internet is really big

I want to experiment how a character related so much to technology and weird stuff would go in a place where there is a lot of weird and unique people

Nice idea but I doubt there is anything on the net Lain hasn't seen.
I'd suggest Lain reaction to her generals on /c/ on 4chan.

I'm not sure if this is a "good" idea but here it goes. Lain could have a mental breakdown when she sees what happened to the internet (gov. surveillance, hax0rs, pedos on the dweeb web, assholes on chans, etc.) and perhaps kill herself or she could go bat soykaf crazy on shut down the whole interwebz. The story can go either way.

what i'm imagining is a scene with just lain in her room: lain as an innocent 4chin newfag, lain as the troll who messes with her, lain as the person who genuinely tries to help get her acclimated, lain as the rando who makes a joke that newfag doesn't get, lain as the person who takes offence at something and starts flooding, and lain as moot, giving up and going home
